Blaine Graboyes – CEO
Blaine is an award-winning Executive Producer and Game Designer with nearly twenty years’ experience developing digital entertainment. He has produced over 4,000 projects for world-renowned entertainment, business, and fine arts clients such as, Blizzard Entertainment, Ubisoft, DreamWorks, Mattel, Sony Pictures, Disney, WeeWorld, Nickelodeon, Rinksters, LeapFrog, DIRECTV, Warner Bros., The Guggenheim and Whitney Museums, Nam June Paik, and Yoko Ono. His work has been recognized with numerous awards including an RIAA Platinum album and IGN Editor’s Choice Award. Blaine is an active member of the Producers Guild Of America (PGA), including serving as co-chair of the Guild’s highly successful Produced By: New York conference.
Robert Montgomery – Chairman
For many years Robert has been an executive, investor and adviser for media, communications, and technology companies and the investment community. Robert oversees investment and consulting firm, First Maximilian Associates. Robert is the former chief executive officer of Achilles Media. Prior to this, Robert’s positions include President of the Americas for Fantastic Corp., Co-Founder and Chairman of Media Content plc and Managing Director for Europe and Asia Pacific at Kagan World Media. Robert has served as a Director on various public and private boards, and is Past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Ontario College of Art and Design.
Seth Schorr – Board Of Directors
Seth Schorr is Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Street Gaming. Fifth Street Gaming (FSG) owns and/or operates a number of Las Vegas gaming locations including Downtown Grand Las Vegas, the Lucky Club Casino and Hotel, Opera House Saloon and Casino, Silver Nugget Casino, Little Macau Ultra Tavern, and Siegel Slots and Suites. Schorr also is CEO of Downtown Grand Las Vegas, a 634-room hotel located in downtown Las Vegas. From 1991 to 1999 Schorr worked in various departments at the Golden Nugget Laughlin, Treasure Island Hotel & Casino and Mirage Hotel & Casino. At Wynn Resorts, Schorr served as Director of Interactive Gaming.
Richard Maryyanek – Global Business Development
As Head of Global Business Development at GameCo, Maryyanek handles the licensing of I.P. and games, working with property holders, game developers and publishers, as well as the distribution of GameCo’s proprietary Video Game Gambling Machines (VGM™) throughout the world. Maryyanek has worked with leading marketing, branded consumer products, retail and entertainment companies for more than 25 years, managing marketing, research, sales, licensing, information technology and digital/social media.
Tommy Florio – Senior Vice President of Sales
Florio, is a seasoned gaming industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience in both casino operations and gaming manufacturing. Florio has held executive level positions with Caesars Entertainment, Wynn Group, Penn – Argosy Group and tribal gaming venues in both the U.S. and Canada. From the manufacturer side of the gaming industry, Florio has held senior sales and development positions with Shuffle Master, TCS-John Huxley, Aristocrat, ISD, Amaya-Cadillac Jack and AGS.
Christopher Mathew Rogers – Vice President of Business Development Australasia
Chris is the founder and CEO of 113 East Limitada a Macau based company formed in 2007. 113E has built a strong reputation for gaming distribution/supply, operations and consulting services to various organizations throughout Australasia. He has co-founded and is an active Director at FabSmart Company Limited in Macau, Co-Founder of Transcity Asia now Suzo Happ Asia and was formerly the Director of International Sales & Marketing for Stargames, an Australian Gaming Company. Chris is an entrepreneur, who has worked in Asia for the past 16 years, of which he has lived in Macau for the past 10 years. He has a Diploma in Hospitality Management and over twenty five years of experience in the industry as a Gaming Executive.
Kevin Reilly – Business Development Manager
Kevin has a true passion for the casino industry with more than 10 years of gaming experience. He began his career on the casino operator side at Boyd Gaming and Caesars Entertainment and in product manager and sales roles with Shuffle Master and AGS. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and a native of Connecticut, Reilly now resides in Las Vegas. He will be handling sales and business development at GameCo.
Eli Weissman – Head of Production
Weissman, is an experienced manager, game designer and executive producer who has completed several successful launches for various products, including some of the largest video games releases in history. Weissman is the founder of Highline Games, a successful boutique game development studio and he was department head at both Rockstar Games and New York Times Television. He has also been also the managing director at multiple successful post-production facilities.
Patricia Morelli – Vice President of Regulatory and Product Compliance
Morelli oversees GameCo’s game product and licensing compliance activities and works directly with a number of worldwide gaming regulatory agencies, including state testing facilities and independent test laboratories. Morelli will also take a lead role in external customer relations for GameCo and play a pivotal leadership role in business development. Previously, Morelli spent 20 years in compliance positions at CG Technology, Bally Technologies, Inc., Shuffle Master and Anchor Games, holding key management positions including product compliance, regulatory compliance and project management.
Marghertia Arvanites (aka M—) – Vice President of Operations and Service
Has over 10 years of experience on the manufacturing side of the gaming industry and has held executive level positions with Atronic, Progressive Gaming and Ainsworth Game Technology. Prior to the gaming industry she held senior level operations positions with GE Aircraft Engines, America West Air Lines and Advanced Protection Products.
Mike Giancaspro – Product Manager
Michael brings over a decade of metal working, technical, and game design experience to the role of Product Manager at GameCo. He leverages these skills to identify and create solutions to help ensure that products are brought to market ready to perform in casinos across the country. Observant and passionate Michael continually seeks to expand his knowledge and take on the challenges of this exciting new career.
Jonathan Widro – Lead Developer
Jonathan Widro has had a wide and varied career developing websites, mobile apps and full fledged windows applications spanning gaming, ecommerce, social network, cartoons and corporate work . At GameCo, Jonathan brings together his love of technology with his passion for video games, helping to create a first-of-its-kind product to revolutionize the industry.
Anthony Litton – User Experience Engineer
Anthony brings years of varied experience to the role of lead UI/UX developer for GameCo. After a successful career in the Irish film industry, Anthony joined Rockstar Games in NYC and worked on every project from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to Red Dead Redemption, first as a dialog editor then as a writer, producer and VO director. After leaving Rockstar Anthony co-founded Highline Games to make premium games for mobile, creating games for clients like Amplify, EverFi and Yale University. Anthony brings his hard won problem solving experience in many fields to everything he does and loves nothing more than forging ahead in a fresh direction. He is delighted to have found a home at GameCo where he can create something new every day.
Edward Cho – Controller
Edward Cho, Controller, is an experienced finance executive who has worked at Fortune 500, companies such as Marvel Enterprises, Take-Two, & Blizzard Entertainment. Over the last decade, Edward has been heavily involved with iconic entertainment IPs such as World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Grand Theft Auto, Spiderman & X-Men. Edward is responsible for the day to day accounting and finance aspects of Gameco, along with investor relations and corporate services. He is an avid gamer and brings his passion & knowledge of video games to the team.
Nina Mirhabibi – Production Manager
Nina is a game designer and 3D modeler who benefits from being a graphic designer & illustrator over 10yrs. Her passion for storytelling and heritage has led her to begin her professional career as a researcher in iNK stories, working on 1979 the Revolution video game. Nina is a MFA graduate of Fine Arts and Technology program from New York Institute of Technology as well as Screenwriting and Game Design program of New York Film Academy. She is an active member of NYC ACM Siggraph and serving as one of the board of directors of this organization.
Crystal Castillo – Business Development Manager
With 8 years of retail management and experience in digital marketing, Crystal has had the opportunity to gain skills in fields such as operations, sales and merchandising. Successfully launching social campaigns for various companies, Crystal hopes to bring her wide variety of skills to her role as Inventory Manager and contribute to the global success of GameCo.
Danielle Rosenberg – Executive Assistant
Danielle has a degree in Business Management from Binghamton University, loves to learn, and is constantly acquiring new skills. A novice yogi, intermediate chess player, and expert crocheter, Danielle continues to build her knowledge in many areas. Danielle has been providing executive and virtual assistance to busy industry professionals for over six years. She loves the opportunity to work with fun people and challenges herself to make at least on person laugh every day.
Kevin Poretti – Software Engineer
Kevin is a recent graduate from Rowan University. There, he studied Electrical and Computer engineering. He worked at Lockheed Martin for about 2 years where he helped maintain the Oasis simulation component of the Aegis Weapon System. He has recently joined GameCo to help develop the various software components of the VGM.
Sam Lebreton – Engineer
Samuel has a master’s degree in Electronics and Digital Technologies from École Polytechnique de l’Université de Nantes. He is able to work on technical aspects, including but not limited to electronics, computer science, IoT, and multimedia services, as well as all the others different aspects necessary for project management . He has worked on projects ranging from security systems to medical technology for NYIT, funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) .
Arantxa Capellan – Social Media Coordinator
Arantxa is currently studying to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in History. She has previously worked on social media with a travel public relations agency. Arantxa is an avid traveler, and loves to explore new surroundings and cultures.
