For many years Robert has been an executive, investor and adviser for media, communications, and technology companies and the investment community. Robert oversees investment and consulting firm, First Maximilian Associates. Robert is the former chief executive officer of Achilles Media. Prior to this, Robert’s positions include President of the Americas for Fantastic Corp., Co-Founder and Chairman of Media Content plc and Managing Director for Europe and Asia Pacific at Kagan World Media. Robert has served as a Director on various public and private boards, and is Past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Ontario College of Art and Design.
Seth Schorr is Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Street Gaming. Fifth Street Gaming (FSG) owns and/or operates a number of Las Vegas gaming locations including Downtown Grand Las Vegas, the Lucky Club Casino and Hotel, Opera House Saloon and Casino, Silver Nugget Casino, Little Macau Ultra Tavern, and Siegel Slots and Suites. Schorr also is CEO of Downtown Grand Las Vegas, a 634-room hotel located in downtown Las Vegas. From 1991 to 1999 Schorr worked in various departments at the Golden Nugget Laughlin, Treasure Island Hotel & Casino and Mirage Hotel & Casino. At Wynn Resorts, Schorr served as Director of Interactive Gaming.

Ader has been involved in turning around companies in the gaming and hospitality industry for many years, including high-profile successes with Las Vegas Sands Corp – where he served as an independent director from 2009-2016 – IGT, Bwin, Stars Group, and, most recently, Playtech. Prior to founding SpringOwl, Jason served as Founder and CEO at Ader Investment Management LLC, as well as Co-Founder and CEO of Hayground Cove Asset Management. Before branching out on his own, Ader served as a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns where he was recognized by Institutional Investor as the top ranked Casinos, Gaming, and Lodging analyst on the Street for 10 consecutive years. Ader earned his MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Economics from New York University.
